Slice

1. (n.) a cut piece or serving of food, such as bread, cheese, meat or pie. 2. (n.) a kitchen utensil resembling a triangular spatula, used for lifting foods, such as cakes and fish. 3. (n.) a term used in some parts of western Canada for a bar cookie. For example, a New York slice means Nanaimo bar. 4. (v.) to cut food into broad, thin pieces.
