Mango Banana Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125ml) pineapple juice
1/2 cup (125ml) ice cubes
1/2 cup (125ml) NESTLE® REAL DAIRY™ Vanilla Yogourt
1/4 cup (50ml) diced mango
1/4 cup (50ml) sliced banana (about 1/4 large banana)

Preparation

In blender, combine pineapple juice, ice, frozen yogurt, mango and banana. Blend on high until thick and smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
Makes 1 serving -- about 1-3/4 cups (425 ml).

Nutrients per serving: about 210 calories, 3.5 g protein, 1 g fat, 48 g carbohydrate
