By Nesquik®

Try some variety
My kids really like milk and are happy to drink it, but I like giving them some variety so they'll continue to enjoy healthy eating. Sometimes I make them a fruity shake made with milk, fresh fruit and Nesquik® Strawberry flavour powder or Nesquik® chocolate milk instead of plain milk.

-Margaret A., Thornhill, Ont.

Out and about
Once in a while my kids will beg me for pop at mealtime, especially at a restaurant. I always suggest chocolate milk because I know it's good for them and they love it. I'm happy to give it to them anytime because it is milk, after all.

-Jennifer S., Truro, N.S.
