Getting leaner legs is easy

The secret to lean, sexy legs is resistance training. However, many women shy away from lifting weights with their lower body because they're afraid they'll bulk up. No need to worry. Strength training, combined with a well-balanced diet and regular cardio, will tighten, tone and – yes! – slim your lower half, and give you the look of longer legs.

Pam's no-fail workout
Do three sets of 15 repetitions for each exercise, holding the last repetition for 30 seconds. Rest for 45 seconds between each set. Complete all three sets for the first exercise before moving on to the second exercise, and so on. For optimal results, do this workout three times a week.

What you will need: sturdy chair; resistance band and exercise ball.
