HOW DO I EDIT MY MEAL PLANNER?

1. Choose and click on the date you wish to edit.

















2. The Meal Planner will jump to that date. Click on the + sign to add a recipe.













3. Choose from CanadianLiving.com's recipes, a personal recipe from your recipe box, or choose to type in a singular item, like 'orange'.

































4. Your selection will appear in your meal planner. If you wish to review your Canadian Living or Recipe Box recipe, just click on the link in your Meal Planner. Click the - sign to remove your selection.
















5. Need to make a note for yourself? Click on the + sign to add a personal message to yourself. Save your entry.



















6. Click on Print Ingredients for the Day to open a new window with your ingredients shopping list. Your Notes will also be there. (grocery list image 50% smaller than actual list size)



























7. Doing a big shop? Click 'Print grocery list' on the top of your Meal Planner to print the entire week.















8. Plan once, eat well all week. Click 'Print This Week's Meal Planner' to stick onto the fridge to get the whole family involved and stick to healthy eating habits.
