Assuming you are healthy and have no injuries to be cautious of, the goal of any exercise program is to find activities that you ENJOY enough to want to come back. Yoga, Pilates, T'ai Chi (and all the others) all offer different brands of 'mind body' enhancement. Testing out the various types of exercise will give you a clear idea of which ones your prefer. Pay for a drop in to a local gym or studio that may specialize in any number of these classes. Have fun! Michelle
