Can you recommend exercises or hormones I can buy to increase my cup size?

Cup size is most dependent upon breast tissue rather than muscle size so exercise isn't the best way to make increases in that area. In fact, women will often note that their breast size decreases when they get more fit because the amount of fat over the breast decreases. That being said, you can always improve the appearance of breasts by building the muscles of the chest. If nothing else, the improved muscle tone enhances the cleavage, or space between. I'm not an advocate for any sort of hormonal enhancement. Since I don't believe in that option and I'm not qualified to provide advice in that area, I would recommend that you speak to your physician if you wish to find out more. The path I'd most like to see you go down is one where you can learn to accept your body just as it is -- smaller chest and all. I'm certain if you write down a list of all of your great qualities you'll gain a greater appreciation for important things such as health, happiness and the ability to be active and on the go! Good luck. Michelle Cederberg, MKin, PFLC www.liveoutloud.ca
