Why? Because several common herbs are rich in antioxidants that may help prevent heart disease and some cancers. Here we have some recipes featuring dill, coriander, sage and oregano, some of the herbs containing high levels of important antioxidants.

Recipes:
Cedar-Planked Salmon with Dill Sauce
Black Bean Soup with Lime Coriander Cream
Sage and Lemon Chicken Breasts
Grilled Calamari with Lemon and Oregano
