Hunger or thirst? The next time you get a hunger pang or a craving for something to eat, first ask yourself if you're not simply thirsty. To find out, drink a glass of water or any other calorie-free beverage. If after five minutes you're still hungry, try eating a small snack.

Two or three chicken wings, packing 205 calories per 100 g...
