Here's what you'll need:

- Balloons
- Lengths of string in bright Easter colours, approx. 2 arm lengths
- White glue
- Water—mix two parts water to one part glue

Step 1: Blow up your balloons to the desired size of your egg ornaments.

Step 2: Tie a length of string to the end of the balloons (so you can hang them upside down to dry—see Step 5).

Step 3: Combine glue and water in a bowl and soak lengths of string in the mixture.

Step 4: One at a time, wrap lengths of string around the balloon until the balloon is covered.

Step 5: Hang balloons and allow them time to dry.

Step 6: Once dry, pop the balloon with a pin and remove it from the egg-shaped shell.

We have lots more cool Easter craft ideas, including DIY dyed eggs with a twist.
