Ingredients
- 3 slices 3slicespeeled fresh ginger
- 3 packets 3packetsSplenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
- 12 12black peppercornblack peppercorns
- 3 3whole cloves
- 2 2cardamom podcardamom pods
- 1 3 inch 13 inchcinnamon stickcinnamon sticks
- 2 cups 2cupswater
- 2 2Darjeeling tea bagtea bags
- 1/2 cup 1/2cup2% reduced-fat milk
Preparation
Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add tea bags, cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove spices and tea bags with a slotted spoon and discard.
Add milk and cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Do not boil. Serve immediately.
Additional information : Add additional SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, if desired.
