An inexpensive way to stock up on fresh citrus
Buy lemons and limes when they are on sale, squeeze the juice out and freeze in ice cube trays. Store the cubes in freezer bags and just thaw when needed. The zest - or grated rind - also freezes well and is ready to use for cooking or baking when needed.
