JUNO award-winning artist Sam Roberts joined Chef Tim Mackiddie at Jackson-Triggs Winery for a jam session.
To celebrate Canada's 150th, Chef Tim Mackiddie developed three wine-infused jams that showcase iconically Canadian ingredients – like maple syrup and bacon.
Before performing on stage at the Jackson-Triggs Amphitheatre, Sam Roberts helped Chef Tim prepare the maple and bacon jam, which includes Jackson-Triggs sparkling wine. It's a simple, tasty and versatile savoury jam, perfect for a gourmet burger or a simple grilled cheese sandwich.
