Depart on Dec. 24 from Toronto to Saint Lucia for $735 per person. 3. Transat Holidays. Fly from Kelowna, B.C. to Puerta Vallarta on Dec. 28 for a full-week stay at $1,159 per person. 4. Flight Centre. Westerners can hop a flight from Saskatoon to Varadero, Cuba, starting late November, for $600 per person. A pre-holiday escape before the festivities are in full throttle? Why not! 5. WestJet. The Canadian airline can take you from Hamilton, Ont. to Cancun, leaving Dec. 20, for $1,479 per person. Not bad for peak season! 6. British Airways. Thee romcom "Love, Actually" provides a great picture of Christmas in London. You'll be happy to know you can fly from Montreal to London for just $808 per person (not including hotel). The Canadian carrier currently offers Christmas and New Years Deals such as Toronto to St. Kitts for only $1,188 per person (plus taxes) leaving Dec. 20.
