With the warmer, almost spring-like temperatures this past weekend and the freshly falling snow, we decided to embrace the outdoors and take the kids tobagganing. It was still -1 degrees but compared to the -30 just a few days prior, it felt downright balmy. A little ways off, at the bottom of the hill, we found this beautiful little stream. It was so serene. Oddly so, considering the amount of kids running and sliding and climbing the hill just behind us.

The kids took a break and I captured the moment. It was a beautiful day.
