Cut the meats for some veggie treats!

Try to eat a vegetarian meal at least three times a week. A vegetarian diet focuses primarily on plant-based foods, and is typically lower in fat and higher in fibre, since the emphasis is on non-meat food sources. Going vegetarian for at least three times per week is a great way to get more veggies and variety in your diet.
