Your online entry must be received by 5:00 p.m. (ET) on the contest closing date, Monday, February 4th, 2008. To win, selected entrant must have complied with the contest rules, correctly answer a mathematical, skill-testing question posed by telephone or mail and must sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of their prize as awarded and releasing Canadian Living and Transcontinental Media G.P. from any damage or loss that may result from entering this contest or accepting and/or utilizing a prize. The winner must return the completed form within five (5) days of receipt. If the completed form is not returned within the deadline, the winner will be disqualified and another winner drawn at random from all eligible entries. By entering, contestants agree to the use of their photographs, names, and places of residence, without compensation, in print, radio or televised publicity relating to the contest.
WHO CAN WIN:
This contest is open to all residents of Canada who 18 years of age or older at the contest closing date of Monday, February 4th, 2008, except employees, directors and officers (and those with whom they are domiciled) of Canadian Living and Transcontinental Media G.P. Canadian Living and Transcontinental Media G.P. accept no responsibility in any case where their inability to satisfy these contest rules arises from any situation which is outside of their control including but not limited to a situation of strike, lock-out or other labour strife in the sponsors’ workplaces or in the workplaces of any organization or entity whose services are used for running this contest. Canadian Living, and Transcontinental Media G.P. accept no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, delayed or destroyed or for the failure or malfunction of any hardware, software or telecommunication component relating to online entries. Canadian Living and Transcontinental Media G.P., have the right, subject to the approval of the Régie in Québec, to terminate or suspend this contest or to modify the contest rules at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
QUEBEC CONTESTANTS:
For residents of Québec, any dispute concerning the conduct or administration of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute concerning the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
