I have been a subscriber for many years and as a baker, I look forward to the dessert recipes the most. So when I came across the Baby Carriage Cake, I knew that I would put it to good use since I was holding two baby showers this summer.

This cake was a huge hit at my best friend Kelley's and then at my sister Katie's baby showers. I customized the icing to match the colour scheme of each shower. I have included a picture of my beautiful sister and her cake.
