To celebrate Canada Day, we have a backyard barbecue with friends and family. Everyone pitches in with the planning and preparation.
Last year my youngest daughter fell in love with the Canada Day Beaver Cupcakes ("Eager Beaver Treats") in the July issue, and she made a few dozen. She had to improvise a little, as we didn't have any chocolate wafers for tails, but they turned out great and were a hit with everyone.
