I was drawn to the Dundee Cake on the cover of your 2008 edition of Home for the Holidays magazine. My family's background is Scottish and we were going to my cousins' for the evening, a few weeks prior to Christmas. I decided to bake them your lovely Dundee Cake, as I knew the Scottish heritage of the cake would be greatly appreciated. They loved it! Not only does it have a beautiful appearance, but tastes wonderful as well. I've tried a few other recipes in this same edition, and can't wait until next year's Home for the Holidays magazine.
