In reading your April issue, I noticed that the potassium levels are now included for many of the recipes. Thank you for this information.

A member of our family has been diagnosed with hypokalemic periodic paralysis. This condition can be managed through a diet high in potassium but low in carbohydrates and sodium. I would appreciate having this information on the potassium levels continue. We are eager to try new recipes and have long been followers of all of your great ideas.
