Thank you for "In the Stillness of My Heart." I have been a mother of a stillborn baby girl, Lorelei, since Sept. 1, 2003. I often feel like stillbirth is a dirty little secret that no one wants to talk about, yet so many parents are aching to know that they are not alone. Even after having two beautiful children, I still miss my firstborn, and I still wonder what she would be like, as all I have is just a mere moment of time that will forever be embedded in my heart and her picture, which I cherish. Thank you for telling people that losing a stillborn baby is the same grief as losing a child at any other time, and for sharing how to treat a grieving parent.
