1. Hit the slopes

Ranked number one in eastern North America by skiers, this majestic mountain resort has top-notch ski conditions from November until April. All four sides of the mountain feature trails for every ability. If you’re a beginner, try out the six-kilometre Nansen run; if you love moguls, try the Expo run. There are also three snow parks for every skill level. If you’re an early bird, buy a First Tracks ticket, which gets you onto the first lift at 7:45 a.m.
