Ingredients

  • 4 mangoes 4 mangoes
  • 2 oranges 2 oranges
  • 1 heaping tbsp (15 mL) Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular 1 heaping tbsp (15 mL) Splenda® No calorie Sweetener, Granular
  • 6 mint leaves , (for garnish)6 mint leaves, (for garnish)

Preparation

Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into pieces. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
Mix in the SPLENDA® Granulated. Mix together until smooth and liquid. Pour into a bowl.
Let the mixture set for 12 hours in the freezer.

Whip and return to freezer for an additional 2 hours.

Break up the mixture with a fork. Keep cold before serving in individual cups. Decorate with mint leaves.

Additional information : Tip: Use frozen mangoes if you cannot find ripe mangoes. You can replace the mangoes in this recipe with kiwis or raspberries. Arrange red currants on the sides of the cups.
