Ingredients

  • 4 boneless salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp packed Splenda® Brand brown sugar blend
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme or fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Arrange salmon on small foil-lined then greased baking sheet.

Combine mustard, maple syrup, SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend, soy sauce, thyme and pepper; spread on fish.

Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
