Ingredients
- 4 boneless salmon fillets , about 6 oz each4 4boneless salmon filletboneless salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard 2 2tbsp tbspgrainy mustard
- 4 tsp maple syrup 4 4tsp tspmaple syrup
- 1 tbsp packed Splenda® Brand Brown Sugar Blend 1 1tbsp tbsppacked Splenda® Brand brown sugar blend
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 1tbsp tbspsoy sauce
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme 2 2tsp tspchopped fresh thyme or fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 1/4tsp tsppepper
Preparation
Arrange salmon on small foil-lined then greased baking sheet.
Combine mustard, maple syrup, SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend, soy sauce, thyme and pepper; spread on fish.
Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
