Asian Roast

I love this roast on a cold winters evening. It is super fast to get in the oven and uses things I always have in my pantry. The flavors are not overpowering and add a delicate taste to the beef that are very flavorful. My family loves when I make this roast and also the aroma in the house during cooking is mouth watering.
Ingredients
- 4 lb roast of pork 4 lb roast of pork or roast of beef
- 2 tbsp crushed ginger 2 tbsp crushed ginger
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp crushed garlic 4 tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp pure sesame oil 2 tbsp pure sesame oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried marjoram 1 tsp dried marjoram
