Baked Cabbage Roll Casserole

This gives the great taste of cabbage rolls without all the work. Save time by buying cabbage already shredded.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef 1 1lb lblean ground beef
- 1 onion , chopped1 1oniononions, chopped
- 1 tsp salt 1 1tsp tspsalt
- 1 tsp pepper 1 1tsp tsppepper
- 3 tbsp long grain rice 3 3tbsp tbsplong grain rice
- 10 oz can tomato soup 10 10oz ozcan tomato soup
- 10 oz water 10 10oz ozwater
- 3 cups shredded cabbage 3 3cups cupsshredded cabbage
Preparation
Place cabbage in buttered casserole dish. Brown meat. Add onion, salt, peppper and rice to meat. Add soup and water to meat. Stir well and pour over cabbage. Do not stir. Bake 1-1/2 hours. Serve with sour cream.
