This gives the great taste of cabbage rolls without all the work. Save time by buying cabbage already shredded.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 onion , chopped1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp long grain rice 3 tbsp long grain rice
  • 10 oz can tomato soup 10 oz can tomato soup
  • 10 oz water 10 oz water
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage 3 cups shredded cabbage

Preparation

Place cabbage in buttered casserole dish. Brown meat. Add onion, salt, peppper and rice to meat. Add soup and water to meat. Stir well and pour over cabbage. Do not stir. Bake 1-1/2 hours. Serve with sour cream.
