Baked Tortellini Casserole

Who does not like a baked pasta - This is fully flavoured so both kids and adults will love it.
Ingredients
- 2 2each Italian sausageItalian sausages, mild or hot
- 2 cups 2cupscooked chickenchickens
- 1 cup 1cupcooked shrimp or prawns
- 1 pkg 1pkgtortellini
- 1/2 cup 1/2cuppesto sauce
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupParmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup 3/4cupcream cheese
- 1 cup 1cuponiononions, chopped
- 1 cup 1cupmushroommushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup 1cupzucchinizucchinis, chopped
- 3 3each tomatoes, chopped or 1 14 oz can drained
- 2 cloves 2clovesgarlic, chopped finely
- 1 tsp 1tspdried oregano
- 1 tsp 1tspdried basil
- 1/2 1/2pepper
- dash dashsalt
- 1 1shredded cheese, any kind
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupfeta cheese
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupsliced black oliveblack olives
Preparation
Remove sausage from casings and fry gently till cooked - add onion, garlic, mushrooms,tomatoes and zucchini. Cook till veggies are limp. Cook tortelli per instructions on packaging. Drain and place in a large Casserole bowl. Add cooked chicken, shrimp,pesto, spices, cream cheese and parmasan to sausage mixture. Mix together and gently simmer for 4 mins. Add to Casserole bowl and stir. Add final shredded cheese, feta and olives, Bake covered for 20 mins at 350.
