Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas, (or 1 can)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation

Puree ingredients in food processor or blender.
Keeps up to one week in fridge.
