Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpeas , (or 1 can)2 2cups cupschickpeas, (or 1 can)
- 3 cloves garlic 3 3cloves clovesgarlic
- 1 tbsp tahini 1 1tbsp tbsptahinitahini
- 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 1/2tsp tspsalt
- 4 tbsp lemon juice 4 4tbsp tbsplemon juice
- 2 tbsp water 2 2tbsp tbspwater
Preparation
Puree ingredients in food processor or blender.
Keeps up to one week in fridge.
