Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 large piece round steak
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 small cans hot chicken sauce
  • 3 cups macaroni or shell pasta

Preparation

Fry bacon crisp.Set aside and crumble when cool.Cut round steak into small cubes or strips; fry in some bacon fat,add onion, celery ,green pepper and saute.Add 1 cup water and simmer for 20 minutes.Add bacon,soya sauce and chicken sauce.Cook macaroni and add to above mixture just before you're ready to serve.Delicious.Serve alone or with a salad.
