Best Breakfast Bars

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix together nut butter, molasses, brown sugar and applesauce in large pot. Bring to boil under medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat, add oats and mix well. Place into 9x13 pan, and press into place. Bake at 350F for about 15 mins, remove and let cool before cutting into squares. Note** I like to add various chopped nuts and dried fruits, and have used bran, flax seed and hemp seed for a fibre boost.
