This salad has been a winner in my household! It is a favourite of anyone who comes to dinner or lunch, either with salmon, shrimp or chicken, or simply all on its own.

Ingredients

Preparation

Wash and tear lettuce slice red pepper lengthwise in slivers, slice onion thinly and in rounds.  Combine in a bowl altogether add nuts and blackberries and goat chese crumbled.  Together in a jar or a shaker mix oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt & pepper shake well until combined and foamy taste and decided if you need more sugar or vinegar when done to taste, shake again and then drizzle over salad.  Blend through salad and serve... yum yum! Great with poached salmon or chicken as a full meal.
