Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flax cereal 1/2 1/2cup cupflax cereal
- 3/4 cup low-fat Yogurt 3/4 3/4cup cuplow-fat Yogurt
- 1 small orange 1 1small orangeoranges
- 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 1/2cup cupblueberryblueberries
Preparation
Cube the orange into bite-sized pieces, place in bowl. Top with blueberries, yogurt and flax cereal. Enjoy!
