Brie with Sundried Tomatoes - Teresa

Ingredients:

7&1/2 oz. brie cheese
4 oz. Sundried Tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
2 - 3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp. Chopped Dried parsley
Preparation:
Mix tomatoes and garlic, pile generously onto the cheese. (There is no need to remove the rind from the cheese.)Sprinkle with parsley. Heat in oven 350 deg. until cheese begins to melt, (10 to 15 min.) Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
