Brie with Sundried Tomatoes - Teresa
Ingredients
- 7-1/2 oz Brie cheese 7-1/2 7-1/2oz ozBrie cheese
- 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil , finely chopped4 4oz ozsun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves , minced2 2garlic clovegarlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped dried parsley 1 1tbsp tbspchopped dried parsley
Preparation
Mix tomatoes and garlic, pile generously onto the cheese. (There is no need to remove the rind from the cheese.)Sprinkle with parsley. Heat in oven 350 deg. until cheese begins to melt, (10 to 15 min.) Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
