An easy dish to put together for any get together. OPTION: add 2 cups cooked white rice to the broccoli mixture. OPTION: use mozzarella cheese for cheddar.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli florets , thawed1 bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp butter , melted2 tsp butter, melted

Preparation

STIR soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. MIX breadcrumbs with butter in bowl and sprinkle over broccoli mixture. BAKE at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
