Bunnys Spaghetti Bake

This is a terrific recipe for a crowd, on a cold winter night, or for a potluck. This was passed on to me from my Grade One teacher, forty five years later!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb 1/2lbspaghetti
  • 1-1/2 lbs 1-1/2lbslean ground beef
  • 1 1medium oniononions, chopped
  • 1 1green pepper, chopped
  • 1 14 oz can 114 oz canstewed tomatoes
  • 1 can 1cantomato soup
  • 1 tsp 1tspsalt
  • 1 tsp 1tsppepper
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 can 1cancreamed corn
  • 2 cups 2cupsshredded cheese

Preparation

Brown ground beef in dutch oven, adding onion and peppers. While doing that, cook spaghetti. Add all ingredients together in dutch oven, and pour into 9X13 casserole dish. Melt 2 tbsp butter, mix in 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs and add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and spread over top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 375 uncovered. Serve with green salad and crusty bread.
