This is my moms recipe and she still serves it as comfort food to me every now and again when I visit or she comes to see me.
Ingredients
- 2 cups medium Cheddar cheese , cubed2 2cups cupsmedium Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2 cups tomato juice 2 2cups cupstomato juice
- 2 cups water 2 2cups cupswater
- 1 pkg whole wheat spaghetti 1 1pkg pkgwhole wheat spaghetti
- 1 tbsp margarine 1 1tbsp tbspmargarine
- 1 pinch each of salt and pepper , to taste1 1pinch pincheach of salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Boil tomato juice and water, then add margerine. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Ladle into bowls add cubed cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy the Melty wonderful goodness!!!
