Chewy Peanutbutter Blossoms
Ingredients
- 48 Hersheys Mini Kisses 48 48Hersheys Mini kisses or mini Reeses Peanutbutter Cups
- 1 14 oz can sweeten condensed milk , do not use evaporated milk1 114 oz can 14 oz cansweeten condensed milk, do not use evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 3/4 3/4cup cupcreamy peanut butter
- 2 cups all-purpose biscuit mix 2 2cups cupsall-purpose biscuit mix
- 1 tsp vanilla 1 1tsp tspvanilla
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 1/4cup cupgranulated sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F. Remove wrappers from milk chocolate mini Kisses or mini Reese's peanut butter cups. Beat sweeten condensed milk and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth, add biscuit mix and vanilla, blend well. Shape in 1" balls & roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on a cookie sheet or use a muffin pan with paper liner. Bake in oven for 6 - 8 minutes or until lightly browned (do not over bake). Remove from oven, immediately press in mini kisses or Reese's in center of each ball. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool. Cool completely. Store in air tight container. Makes 48 cookies approx.
