This is a very easy recipe! Great for kids! Your can put in any veggies you like and they don't notice it!
Preparation
Start with the pam in the spray in the pan you might need a couple more sprays depends on you pan. Throw in your veggies, we usually do shredded carrot, finely chopped celery, red and green peppers, mushrooms, 1/2 package of frozen spinnich. Throw all the veggies except the defrosted and well drained spinach. Cook in pan for about 10 min or till they cooked but still crisp. add in one brick or fat free cream cheese, and one jar of salsa we love medium as it isn't very spicy when you cook it. mix up and heat bring to just before a boil and turn down so that the mixture thickens a bit add is spinach. You want to be able to spoon it out of the pan into the tortilla shells. Take shells spray baking pan and turn on oven to about 350 degrees. When mixture is ready spoon into shells roll, like a buritto and place on tray cover with Chedder and mozza saputo cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Make about 8 ( we say 1 per child 2 per adult) This is hot when it come out of the over! So be careful! NOTE! You can add in a couple of Cooked Chopped Chicken breasts as well or leave it veggie!
