Chicken Beresford

Very elegant, even though it's just a casserole. Definitely will impress company. Winner on taste but not for dieters.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup sharp cheese , grated1 cup sharp cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 fine bread crumbs 1/2 fine bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 -3 crowns broccoli , cut2 -3 crowns broccoli, cut
Preparation
Cook or steam broccoli until tender, about 10 mins. In medium bowl, add soup, cream, cheese, juice/wine, Worcestershire sauce and mayo. Mix together.
In large square deep casserole dish, arrange broccoli as one layer. Next, over broccoli, add chicken with the onion and celery. Pour sauce over chicken. In little bowl, combine crumbs and butter. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top. Place in pre-heated oven of 350 F degrees for minimum of 30 minutes.
