Chicken Berry Spinach Salad

This is a great recipe for diabetics or those who wish to lose weight.

Ingredients

  • 7 cups spinach leaves
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries, (blueberries, raspberries, and halved strawberries)
  • 1/3 cup sliced and toasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup calorie wise creamy poppyseed dressing

Preparation

Toss spinach with all remaining ingredients except dressing. Drizzle with dressing just before serving
