Chicken Berry Spinach Salad

This is a great recipe for diabetics or those who wish to lose weight.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

    7 cups spinach leaves
    2 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, and halved strawberries)
    1/3 cup slice almonds, toasted
    1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
    1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/4 cup calorie wise creamy poppyseed dressing

Preparation:

Toss spinach with all remaining ingredients except dressing. Drizzle with dressing just before serving
