This is a great recipe for diabetics or those who wish to lose weight.

Ingredients

  • 7 cups 7cupsspinach leafspinach leaves
  • 2 cups 2cupsmixed fresh berries, (blueberries, raspberries, and halved strawberries)
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cupsliced and toasted almondalmonds
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupthinly sliced red onionred onions
  • 1/4 lb 1/4lbboneless skinless chicken breastboneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupcalorie wise creamy poppyseed dressing

Preparation

Toss spinach with all remaining ingredients except dressing. Drizzle with dressing just before serving
