My kids like Chicken Caesar salad that I make so I was watching Hells Kitchen and they were making Beef Wellington and decided to combine the two. (without the lettuce)

Ingredients

  • 6 4-5 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts 6 4-5 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon 1 lemon
  • 6 4x6 sheets of puff pastry 6 4x6 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 18 slices bacon 18 slices bacon
  • 1 cup caesar dressing 1 cup caesar dressing

Preparation

Take six chicken breasts Pan fry in juice of one lemon, olive oil, fresh garlic, salt and pepper(fresh ground) Let it cool slightly then spread caesar dressing all over the breasts. Then roll them in fresh graded parmeasan cheese. Take 3 slices of cooked bacon per breast , lie them on a piece of clear wrap put the breast on top of the bacon and wrap to secure the ingredients. Refridgerate for at least 20 minutes. Then remove from refrigerator and wrap in puff pastry each individually and bake for 25-30 minutes at 425 until golden brown.
