Preparation
Base is made of first ingredients up to egg. Prepare base in food processor until mixture just forms a ball. With moistened spatula, spread evenly in bottom of prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes. 2. Prepare topping: in small bowl, combine dry ingredients. IN medium bowl, using electric mixer, cream butter, eggs, vanilla. Slowly beat in dry ingredients until blended. Fold in cranberries, raisins and walnuts. 3. Pour topping over hot base. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until center is almost firm. Let cool completely in the pan on a cooling rack. Drizzle with melted chocolate and cut into squares.
