Cranberry Citrus Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Renees poppy seed dressing
  • 1/4 cup Craisins
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 bag baby spinach leaves
  • 3 seedless oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 3 kiwifruits, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup red onions, sliced into rounds

Preparation

Put all the ingredients (except dressing) into a large bowl and mix together. Right before serving add dressing.
