Creamy Beef Ziti

Ingredients

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Meanwhile, bring large pot of salted water to boil and cook ziti al dente. Drain. Drizzle with one tsp. olive oil and toss to coat. Remove beef mixture from heat and stir in cheeses to coat. Toss in pasta and stir.
