Creamy Brussels Sprouts

This recipe makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts 2 lbs Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup onions , chopped1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp butter

- 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
For the sauce: saute onions in butter until clear but not brown. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and mustard.
Stir in milk, cook slowly until thick. Blend in sour cream and heat - do not boil.
Add sauce to cooked Brussels sprouts.
