Ingredients
- 1 8 lb rump oven roast 1 18 lb 8 lbrump oven roast or Sirloin tip oven roast
- 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 1pkg pkgtaco seasoning
- 1 large onion , chopped1 1large oniononions, chopped
- 2 jalapeño peppers , seeded, chopped2 2jalapeño pepperjalapeño peppers, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kahlua , (coffee liqueur)1/2 1/2cup cupKahlua, (coffee liqueur)
- 1 or 2 tbsp hot pepper sauce 1 1or 2 tbsp or 2 tbsphot pepper sauce
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes 1 1large can large canchopped tomatotomatoes
Preparation
Place roast in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours. When done, remove beef and pull it apart into bit-sized pieces - place pulled beef back into slow cooker. Have guests create their own burritos by having soft tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, hot sauces and salsas on the table along with your slow cooker - buffet style. This goes great with homemade Margaritas!
