Ingredients
- 2 cups Minute Rice 2 2cups cupsMinute rice
- 1 can campbells cream of chicken soup 1 1can cancampbells cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk 1 1cup cupmilk
- 1 cup water 1 1cup cupwater
- 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 1tbsp tbspsoya sauce
- 6 4oz portions cooked chicken breasts 6 64oz 4ozportions cooked chicken breastchicken breasts
Preparation
In an 8 cup casserole dish add minute rice, the 1 can cream of chicken soup, milk and water...Cook on high in your microwave for 10 minutes.. Top with cooked chicken breasts and mozzarella cheese.. Place in back in the microwave and cook for another 5 or until the cheese is melted.
