Grilled Bruschetta Sandwich

I LOVE tomatoes paired with Feta! Yum!!

  • 1 1small onion
  • 1 1large tomato
  • 8 slices 8slicesdark rye bread
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspmargarine
  • 1 pinch 1pinchbasil
  • 1 sprinkle 1sprinklesalt
  • 1 sprinkle 1sprinklepepper
  • 2 pinches 2pinchesgarlic

Spread margarine on rye slices-place buttered side down in fry pan on medium heat. Place sliced tomato and onion on top, sprinkle with garlic, basil, salt and pepper, and sliced or crumbled feta. Top with other slice of rye(buttered side up). Cook till toasted, flip and cook other side. Serve with dill pickles, salad, or all alone:)
