Grilled Bruschetta Sandwich

I LOVE tomatoes paired with Feta! Yum!!
Ingredients
- 1 small onion 1 1small onion
- 1 large tomato 1 1large tomato
- 8 slices dark rye bread 8 8slices slicesdark rye bread
- 2 tbsp margarine 2 2tbsp tbspmargarine
- 1 pinch basil 1 1pinch pinchbasil
- 1 sprinkle salt 1 1sprinkle sprinklesalt
- 1 sprinkle pepper 1 1sprinkle sprinklepepper
- 2 pinches garlic 2 2pinches pinchesgarlic
Preparation
Spread margarine on rye slices-place buttered side down in fry pan on medium heat. Place sliced tomato and onion on top, sprinkle with garlic, basil, salt and pepper, and sliced or crumbled feta. Top with other slice of rye(buttered side up). Cook till toasted, flip and cook other side. Serve with dill pickles, salad, or all alone:)
