Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp chopped chives 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 zested and grated lemons 2 zested and grated lemons
  • 1/2 lemon , juiced1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp capers 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 lb halibut cheeks 1 lb halibut cheeks

Preparation

In a saute pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add onion and garlic and saute until translucent. Add the salt, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, and wine and reduce by 1/3. Add capers and stir. Add halibut cheeks and cook covered, 3-4 minutes on each side.
